Ordered an item and it arrived at my local hub on Feb 2nd. It's been sitting there ever since. I told them I would pick it up if it would be quicker and now they labeled it as keep at center per request. But they told me for the past 5 days it can't be delivered it's marked for pick up and you will be updated when ready. 5 days no update and no delivery. They talk to me like I'm the stupid one and they give no status update on my package that sits 40 miles From my house. Tracking number 888148609620. Resolution Sought I just want my package I ordered delivered.

Driver leaving packages by the road and saying no one was home for packages that needed a signature, never getting out of the truck to check to see if some one was home Resolution Sought Make sure the company is aware, we will not be using them anymore
