FedEx delivery man damaged my apt door by writing down another persons apt number on top of my door instead of using the FedEx slip to let me know that my delivery was going to another apt. Today, the delivery person delivered my package to another apt and did not notify me which apt it was! Resolution Sought To ensure safe and efficient delivery! To refund the amount spent on items non delivered and damage to repair my door.
