Driver leaving packages by the road and saying no one was home for packages that needed a signature, never getting out of the truck to check to see if some one was home Resolution Sought Make sure the company is aware, we will not be using them anymore

I shipped a 16-pound box that was 24X10X10 on Nov 24, 2025. FedEx Tracking number = 395743500092. They charged me an upcharge of $37.56, stating my box was 24X11X11. This is not true. I ship these boxes almost weekly and have never had this happen before. I tried to call FedEx, but I cannot proceed without an account number. Submitting a claim dispute on the FedEx Website does not work. I create my shipping label on eBay. I used the eBay shipping estimator, and either box size costs the same. I do not understand this upcharge. Resolution Sought They need to refund me $37.56
