My shipments over the last two years have been delayed by several days,thrown on the driveway or damaged with dust all over the fabric. I pay 35.00 shipping per box. Today l am waiting on yet another box of fabric that was taken back to Pittsburg ,Kansas last night. Resolution Sought I want a shipping refund on several boxes that were late in the past six months.

I when to fedex agency to return an item, when i when in they help me print the lable to return item they put my box on the counter and told gave me the copy of my return i left the box in the counter as they told me and left and know my box is lost i did put a clim at fed ex and they told me that i never left my box there that i was never there that only the labe was print but i did not have notheing to return i told them chekc the camaras i left my fox how the fedex worker told me hey help me print my lable and they told me that is it they are the one that did not send my box, they said that are not responble for my ites because it naver when into there systme to ship. Some in the fex ex agency took it because is were i left it. Can you help me with this. Resolution Sought How can you help so i can get my items back or my items money back because someone in FedEx took my items.
