I place an order through a merchant TEMUsbd FEDEX is the carrier. FedEx delivered the package to wrong apt. I received notification delivery there was no package. I immediately call FedEx because I have a door camera and there was no package. The supervisor via text correspondence stated the driver delivered to wrong house. No one want to pay me my money or reshipment because the Driver sent merchant package delivered to my address and that was not the truth. So no one assume responsibility I tried to file a claim and keep getting denied because the FedEx driver said on receipt to merchant delivered. The tracking number is 876165411645 to the Package I didn't receive. Resolution Sought Refund me my money and let the merchant know they were wrong stating it was delivered to my address.

Fed ex was to deliver my package from a online store. They said they delivered it w a supporting picture of the package on a porch. Problem is ,it wasn't my porch or any of my neighbors porches. I called and emailed Fed Ex and they say it was delivered. Obviously it wasn't. I called again, talked w a team member and he said he'd look into it. Their solution was that they couldn't reopen the case,since to them the package was delivered. And now I'm out of what I ordered. Resolution Sought Send me a refund check of what I paid for item,at least
