On 8/10/25 a package containing bottled water was delivered to my residence. Upon arrival the driver rang my doorbell to alert me of the condition of the package, which was soaking wet and falling apart. I witnessed the driver documenting my refusal to accept the package, citing damage as the reason. To my surprise and dismay, the same damaged item was redelivered the following day. This time, the leaking bottles had been placed in a plastic bag with 2 absorbent clothes and repackaged into a plain box labeled "relabel reason: Barcode Quality" This appeared to be a deliberate attempt to disguise the damage rather than resolve the issue. I find this unacceptable and misleading and unethical. It raises concerns about FedEx's handling of damaged goods and its communication with vendors. I question rather Sams Club was notified of the damage and my refusal to accept the initial delivery. I have photos and video of both deliveries. Resolution Sought An explanation of why the damaged package was redelivered without proper resolution. Confirmation of whether Sams Club was notified. Assurance FedEx will take corrective measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

I have had a package at the ellenwood ga location for 11 days. I call them to find out why and was hung up on. Resolution Sought I want my product I paid for. Ship my product.
