I had a fire and am not staying in my home but I am staying in my RV on my property, but they are not delivering my packages, I have a medical device coming, and I am worried that I will not receive it. They opened an investigation; claim they can only locate one of the two packages that were not delivered previously and closed the claim. I need a resolution as to wear I can pick up my packages since they will not deliver them. I have even given them 2 numbers to contact me for delivery and they refuse to reach out. Resolution Sought To deliver packages to my address, I am still living here or allow me to pick up in store

I, Consumer David ordered an Military Computer Software system from eBay Law Enforcement and received an Fed Ex Tracking ID# 288292672360... Wherein Fed Ex gave him notice that the Computer Software will be delivered on May 9, 2025 and to be present for Signing the for the Product. On May 7, 2025 Without notice of the package availability Fed Ex Truck driver never knocked on the door to receive signature, nor attempted to notify the customer of his order and purposely gave his Computer Software System to someone else who open the package and took the Military Computer Out the box and left the empty box on the back stairs of 215 N 34th The incident is Contrary to Section 946.12 Wisconsin Statute Misconduct in Public Office on failure to perform administrative duty correctly and should have known to perform administrative duty and neglected the performance. The Fed Ex Truck Driver never obtain signature nor had been due diligent to obtain a signature before losing his shipment to someone else. On Theft of the Military Computer. Resolution Sought Refund for the Shipment that had been lost of neglence
