I have been dealing with this certain driver for over 2 weeks now he's got numerous complaints at this specific apartment building now he is not delivering my packages saying that there's no one here to deliver it or pick it up brother he's sent pictures he has left no tags dating hey we missed you will get back in touch with you I've done numerous complaints finally I got a complaint now for the past 5 days he's been doing this to me I called him the other day in the alley just sitting and then he takes off and doesn't even come to deliver my packages 208 p.m. Central standard time he sends email well pictures in my email that it was on deliverable however there's always people in the office he never came we looked at the film the FedEx kid has not been here since a week and a half ago he is refusing to deliver my packages one of them probably has went back because of the time frame I'm supposed to get three today it's the same person bringing them to me like I said I have pictures of him hiding in the alley we have looked at the surveillance cameras he has not been around here no 208 p.m. as he states in the time picture was taken and nothing has been resolved you can't talk to a manager you can't even call the FedEx office all you do is call that 100 gold FedEx and nothing is done nothing gets done and I'm outraging I'm tired of it this is an elderly complex something needs to be done please pass this on because I can't talk to a supervisor and here waiting for the same dr Resolution Sought He needs to be fired because he's been falsifying his records he has not been trying to deliver my packages I even requested to have another driver do it I can look at his location and I know FedEx can as well he needs to be reprimanded ASAP and as I stated I have pictures of him hiding in alley we've looked at the cameras there's nowhere his truck was to be found on this premises at 4500 South 25th Street!

Ordered an item and it arrived at my local hub on Feb 2nd. It's been sitting there ever since. I told them I would pick it up if it would be quicker and now they labeled it as keep at center per request. But they told me for the past 5 days it can't be delivered it's marked for pick up and you will be updated when ready. 5 days no update and no delivery. They talk to me like I'm the stupid one and they give no status update on my package that sits 40 miles From my house. Tracking number 888148609620. Resolution Sought I just want my package I ordered delivered.
