Hello there, On November 6th I received an email from FedEx that my package will arrive tomorrow that if I press the link I can electronically sign for the package and it can be delivered and left without someone being there. I signed for the package online November 6th. November 7th the FedEx driver ignored my request and took the package. We have a door camera and when I checked the camera maybe 10 mins after he was there I called FedEx customer service in the morning. I explained to them that my package needed to be delivered today because they were concert nonrefundable tickets for November 8th. I ended up calling FedEx 3 times in the day to ask of the status when finally the last lady said the package will not be delivered until monday Nov 10th that I can file a claim after the package arrives. I have tried calling again and they sent me to a survey and have ignored me once again to have them help me file a claim. They should have called their driver and had them redeliver the package the day that i called. I feel they failed me and now they should pay for my losses and refund me the ticket price. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay for my ticket that I was not able to go to due to their faults. I called them in the morning that they had time to contact their driver and have them redeliver sometime later in the day. I signed electronically the night before assuring me that I did not need to be there!!
