They need to be investigated over the lazy behaviour of their drivers.
I recently moved to an apartment community in Dallas, GA, and I am ordering a lot of my furniture online and other items to be delivered to my doorstep. I have specified on my FedEx account that the packages need to be delivered to my doorstep, but their drivers are too lazy to follow directions and in several occasions have left my packages at the mail room. I am 63 years old, and I have a bad back, knee problems, and I live on a 2nd level apartment. I don't have the strength nor the energy to carry heavy packages up to my doorstep, for that reason I have left specific instructions to deliver to my front door but they have not been doing so. I called and file a complaint to them but I want to file a formal complaint. I am not the only one this has happened to and they need to be investigated over the lazy behaviour of their drivers. I want to make sure that they do their JOB, door to door is not delivering packages to a mail room and call it delivered. If I lived in a standalone house they would have to deliver to the doorsteps of the house. Why can't they do that for apartment dwellers? This is my home and I deserve the same level of respect and full service door to door. Not door to wherever they feel like dropping my packages off at.

Stick with their promise to deliver packages.
FedEx negligently didn't deliver my item for 7 days. I called the customer service line and the escalations over 10 times to provide phone number, address, all kinds of tips I can think of to help the delivery team. They negligently didn't care to deliver the item. I ended up canceling the order which I needed urgently.
