Stick with their promise to deliver packages.

FedEx negligently didn't deliver my item for 7 days. I called the customer service line and the escalations over 10 times to provide phone number, address, all kinds of tips I can think of to help the delivery team. They negligently didn't care to deliver the item. I ended up canceling the order which I needed urgently.

I do not seek any reimbursement just improvement in service.

I would like for FEDEX to comply with committed timelines for delivery - packages to my address are ALWAYS late - packages that require signature especially are not delivered within committed time slots and I have to waste time from work to be at the mercy of this courier. I do not seek any reimbursement just improvement in service
