Company states; Please accept this return to sender letter as a response to the mail you sent to your prior loan servicer PHEAA/Fedloan. They recently withdrew from the federal student loan program and are no longer servicing loan(s). We attempted to identify and forward your letter to your new servicer, but did not have enough identifying information. You should have received correspondence from PHEAA/Fedloan, Federal Student Aid, or your new loan servicer indentifying the new mailing address. On the back of this page is a list of the Servicer's Borrower Correspondence Addresses for review and advise you to indentify your new servicer and forward the mail to this new address. If you are unable to indentify your current loanholder or have further questions, log on to the National Student Loan Data System, (NSLDS) at https://www.nslds.edu.gov, contact us via chat/phone 1.800.4.FED.AID (800.433.3243) or email us at www.StudentAid.gov/help-center/contact. Sincerely, Federal Student Aid
