On May 9 2022 I purchased a car from feel good auto group in payments I bought a warranty with the car as well with the seller of this dealer ship telling me it was going to cover the car even if it's lifted lowered or modified regardless of the car already being modified that's how I bought the car modified. Unfortunately my me and my dad were driving to the gym on July 27 2022 and all of sudden the car crack and it makes a weird noise while my dad with shifting gears as we're getting off the car was making a loud knocking noise so we got it towed home the next day we called the warranty and they said we have to tow it to a shop and get it inspected so we did that afterwards the warranty called us saying it doesn't fall under the warranty because it's modified but that's how I bought the car was modified and we contacted the dealer right away an they said they can't do anything about it and they said it wasn't there problem anymore (one thing I forgot to mention a week later when we got the car smogged it didn't go through at jiffy lube so we took it too the dealer ship and they took the car drove it somewhere an came back with certificate that says it passed smog so I didn't think much of it but that was weird and as well ask when it was at one of the 3 shops I took it too one of the shops said there was a truck from that same dealer ship that had transmission failed and the warranty didn't cover ether ) so as of today the car still doesn't run and it's 7k or 10k to fix it Resolution Sought I want the dealer ship or warranty to fix my car because I can't afford it right now and I'm still paying off the car.
