On the Feelingirl's website during the holiday sales. Feelingirl advertised bra with tummy control brief as a set for sale price $19.99 for both bra and pantie. Additionally, a buy 3 get 1 free advertisement was also posted. Therefore, I put 8 sets in my cart, expecting two out of the 8 sets to be free. At checkout, Feeling girls automated virtual assistant sent the code "free" to obtain the two free sets. This code did not work. I contacted Feelingirl and another code "win" was sent. This code did not work either. I contacted Feelingirl a third time and a "hello" code was sent. This code did not work either. After the third try, I went back to the site and attempted the "free" code again. Upon entering my method of payment and the code, Feelingirl began processing my payment, after the payment was made, I realized that I was charged the full price and did not get the two sets free as advertised, even after I purchased more sets to obtain the two free. I reached out via email to [email protected] explaing that I did not receive the tummy control briefs with the bras and I did not get the two free sets as advertised. A representative apologized but then stated that the sets for the bra and brief were posted as $29.99. I replied that was untrue and that false advertising practices are illegal. I have photos of the advertisement. Where can I send the proof? Another rep stated she would refund me the two sets I didn't get free. I still have not received the refund. Resolution Sought HONOR website advertisement at time of purchase. Send me the 8 matching tummy control briefs purchased with the bras as a complete set for $19.99 as advertised during their holiday sale. Refund me the $39.98 if they are not going to send me the two matching briefs that should have been free. I have PROOF, photos of advertisement. How can I upload these supporting documents to accompany this complaint? Photos prove rep was dishonest about the website showing $29.99. $19.99 for 1 bra and brief set

This company says the will ship out in two to four buissness days but I have not gotten any info and it says it's waiting for shipping details. I have tried to call and email the info they give but they will not respond. It says to text the number. I believe I was scammed and would like my money back from them Resolution Sought Refund immediately
