I had 6 windows installed by Feldco in the summer of 2021. Feldco has a 1 year quality/repair guarantee. Since November of 2021 I have been trying to contact them to repair all 6 windows (stress fractures, faulty caulking, windy/air leaking perimeters on all 6). These faulty windows have caused my Nicor/heat bill to go up 150 all winter long. They finally sent a repairman out in February who kindly inspected/validated that these windows are all in need of either replacement or repair. Again, this was in February. He said that it would be two weeks for parts and then someone would be out to complete repairs. I called at the 2 week mark, and they said they were waiting. It is now mid-April and STILL no one from Feldco will call me back. I have contacted them NUMEROUS times in the interim, but as I'm a single mother (one of my children os profoundly handicapped) and work 60 hours a week, I don't have time to call daily and follow up in the way apparently needed to pressure them to actually do their job. Now I'm HUNDREDS of dollars out in elevated heat bills and a lot of time/energy wasted trying to get them to do their jobs ON TOP of the thousands spent on these horribly subpar/faulty windows and installation. Can you please help/advise me on this situation? Resolution Sought I want full replacement/repair or full refund.

Thank you for the feedback, and we apologize for the lack of follow up on your service. Our manager has reached out since and a date has been scheduled to complete the caulking first, and a future date will be scheduled to swap out the sashes when the new parts arrive.

As of May 3, Feldco has not fixed these issues. I have schedules for them to fix it. BUT THEY HAVE NOT YET. They are good at making promises of action, but not following through with it.

I made an appt with FELDCO for an estimate for a new garage door. On June 17 2021 Mr. O'Shea of FELDCO came and gave me an estimate of $1931.00 I gave him my check in that amount (which has been cashed) Delivery and installation was promised on 6-10 weeks. That time has passed. They're not returning my calls Do I sue on the contract or go to the Police? Resolution Sought I still want a garage door Or get my money back

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our Operations Manager has discussed the situation with customer. The door cannot be installed with the garage in the existing condition it is in. The customer was given the option to clean it up and have us install or cancel the contract and receive a refund. The customer chose the refund. This will be processed and he will receive the check in the next 7-10 days.
