The company lied when signing my contract said capital one wanted more money down on the 2014 car the lied it is not in my contract t capital one told me and the sol me a bad car the tittle says salvage car. They told have a warranty have not seen the papers. please can you help me get my money back. Resolution Sought Can you look into this for me and get my 250 dollars back they just my money a 68 year senior please.

Company states; Exhibit 1: The bank requested a minimum down payment of $500. We did not lie. Exhibit 2: Customer gave us only $250.00 Exhibit 3: Dealership absorbs $250 and deducted it from their profit. Exhibit 4: Page 2 of contract shows a $500 cash down - payment even though the customer only gave us $250. Exhibit 5: Copy of Service Contract Customer Purchased.

Paper works shows put 250 down he told me to lie to capital one and say I put 500 down.but I did not i told capital one what the said.
