Good morning, I moved to Park Square homes last year. Feltrim Group is running the HOA. They raised our HOA before some residents were there for a year which is against the contract. They charge late fees without proving if you were late or not. I have called and sent emails to the contact info they give out for a year, and NEVER had someone call me or email me back at all. Resolution Sought Take away my late fees
