We placed an order with FenceScreen.com on July 5th 2022, order number (#SO-10674-RMS) we were notified that it shipped out on July 6th 2022 and were given a FedEx tracking number 275213402838. We received confirmation that the package had been delivered on July 11th 2022. We never received any merchandise. We have exhausted all attempts with both FenceScreen.com and FedEx to correct the issue of never receiving the order. We have requested proof that the package was delivered but have not received a response. Resolution Sought We would like to receive the order or be refunded our money since we never received the merchandise.

They send a backdrop different that the one I ordered the said they said the measure the difference is not big deal you have to keep it and hang on me I THINK FROM THE BEGINNING THEY DON'T LIKE MY ACCENT with you. Resolution Sought Get the product that I paid for it or my money back.
