Horrible product and customer service.

We made a purchase from Fence Screen .com Within 4 months of it being up around our Nursery it started falling apart literally. We contacted the company they gave us a email and we contacted them through email and have been ignored . Don't waste your money on this company they do not care about consumers.

avoid this company

i bought 300 feet of "750 commercial block" material (~$1500.00) from them in six, 50' panels. the workmanship was poor with the grommets at different vertical locations, so the seams between the panels did not match. in addition, the top and bottom grommets were often not centered in the nylon webbing with some broaching the edge.

the worst was when i ordered a 7' section to finish my line. what i thought i was ordering was a 7' long panel of solid material like the 300' i previously purchased, with the CENTER attachment strip in the CENTER, where it is the strongest. instead, i paid around $10.00/ foot for remnants (with a special "custom sizing" fee), sewed together with the binding seam not in the strongest place because they had to move it to accommodate the seam from sewing scraps together.... and then they insulted me with redefinitions of the word "center" and refusal to accommodate/ admit an error occurred.

please AVOID this company. they dont care about satisfying the customer or the quality of their products... just $$$
