Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This company's app awarded me 200,000 points, which I redeemed for (4) $50 gift cards. They proceeded to cancel my gift card redemptions and blamed it on a glitch. This is a terrible customer experience that I will be vocal in sharing. I do everything by the book with your app and as a marketing program manager, I honor much larger errors than this to maintain the reputation of the fortune 100 company I represent. I had already told my family these were coming, and I'll let them know there won't be any more cards ever from Fetch. This is a good example of a poor customer experience and I'll use it in future trainings with my team. Resolution Sought Reinstate my (4) $50 gift cards

There is an app called Fetch. You track receipts and they give you points for those receipts. Supposedly they had an issue with some of my receipts that were scanned in. Instead of contacting me and asking me what the issue was they just arbitrarily took everything away. This is complete and totally unprofessional Resolution Sought Reinstate the points and give me back my $50 gift card
