On March 23, 2024 we went to Fether Studio for some family portraits for a Mother's Day gift. We were told 2-3 weeks and she'd have them back to us. I messaged her on April 24 to see if we could get our picture. She assured me she was working from home to get them to us within the next 2 days. That never happened. I went to the shop several times to ask her again about our pictures and she pushed me off again and again each that time saying she had been having issues with depression, other orders to work on, etc. We no longer live in the area and still never received our pictures and she will not respond to my messages asking for even a digital copy. Resolution Sought I would like to have at least a digital copy of all pictures taken of my family that day mailed to me on a thumb drive so I can edit them as needed. Also for Samantha to get the help she needs before she ruins her business.
