Never filed the personal, Business income tax on time!!

After numerous texts calls to see if it was ready. Then we had to pay penalty for late filing. Told us he was having family problems. His family problems cost me money. Plus he never opened an account for employee payroll tax after being asked to do so. So know we are going to be penalties for not paying taxes on time for that. Too late for resolution, we are already screwed.
