Customer Complaint

I ordered and received a standing L shape desk from Fezibo. After assembling the desk and plugging it in the unit does not work properly. I attempted to contact the company several times without resolution. I'm planning to turn the matter over to my attorney and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please advise if there's anything you can do to help me. Thank you Resolution Sought I would prefer a refund from the company. Given the lack of a response to my concerns is alarming and I would prefer to not do business with this company
