About 2 to 3 years ago fedelis put in a ramp for me Westside medical on Rochester ny put it in for me the ramp is coming apart and the platform st the end of the ramp is loose and wobbly I have witness proving that it's unsafe they didn't put the ramp in right they won't fix it and I'm disabled I'm afraid I'm going to fall I'm a fall risk.
