They took my four thousand dollars. And never did what they told me they could do with the IRS. They are a scammer. And I am should get my money back. I contacted the BBB three times now and nothing ever done on my case. Resolution Sought Refund my money

We called this company and spoke with a M. Caputo. We informed him the Exact amount of money we owed on taxes. We went over our expenses over the phone. He said he needed this money to get started to get our transcripts. He then said he would call us in about 4wks but continue to make any payments you have ongoing. This took place around the end of March. 4wks went by no call. My husband then called him numerous time with the no call back and was told numerous times that he was busy and could he call you back. So finally May 18th I get a call and it's Matthew asking for my husband. I said you can get a hold of him now I will let him know . I informed him that my husband was trying to contact him and he apologized. He said he had everything he needed. So then my husband calls me and tells me that what Matthew said was that he talked to his higher ups and there is nothing we can do for you. He should have told us that from the beginning when I told him how much we owed. Now he is saying we can't get our money back. Resolution Sought Get us our money back please.
