Please explain your complaint briefly but with enough details to make the situation clear. Describe any claims by the business that you feel to be deceptive, misleading or false. Tell us about your attempts to resolve this issue and what you would consider a satisfactory solution. I rented a washing machine from renter center. The washing machine broke down. Renter center sent Fields appliance to fix the washer. On the first appointment. The tech said he needed to order 4 different parts and fields appliance would call when the parts came in. Fields appliance called when the parts came in. The tech came back out and replaced the parts to the washing machine in my garage. When he finished the tech and my husband moved the washing machine in place and the tech connected the washing machine. He said he need to order a belt and Fields Appliance would contact me when the belt came in. Two days after the tech came out the washing machine flooded my bedroom hallway kitchen dinning room garage. I called field appliance they sent someone out the next day who said they found nothing wrong. But don't use the washing machine until the original tech came out. The original tech came out today 2-3 weeks after the repair. He said he found nothing wrong and still did not replace the belt he originally said still needed to be replaced. My washer has not been fixed. The damage done to my rugs and floors have not been addressed. Resolution Sought Fix my washer or replace my washer. Refund us for the rugs and flooring damaged.
