Every summer my HAVC system does not work properly. I've emailed, contacted the leasing office, contacted the management company, and left a review on apartment ratings. The maintenance techs keep telling me it works fine. However, in my unit it feels like just the fan is running. My thermostat is on 40 dergress and still fells like it's 75 degrees in my unit. I've spoken to my neighbors and they have the same issue. All I'm asking is for them to address the issue and fix it. Resolution Sought Address the issue by having a HVAC specialist come out to my unit while I'm present and not a tech that works for Framnklin Park. I do not feel that they are handling or taking my concerns serious.
