Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered a refrigerator filter on March 6, 2024 I paid for it. I received a email stating the order I had I got home and the order was not in my mailbox the tracking number is incorrect so I went to my local post office and talked to a lady she pulled up the rounding number the package went to someone else house so I tried to call the business several times no answer left several messages and emailed several times no response I don't know what to do. Resolution Sought I would like my money back.
