I has my medical account automatically sent to this collection agency last year. When I first spoke to them I informed them I had nor received a bill from Emory Healthcare for this balance due. The collection company put me on a monthly payment plan of $106.62. The collection company sent me a statement monthly with a invoice. I do not get the invoice. I am not on autopay. I have requested an invoice be sent numerous times so I can pay. Need assistance with company mailing out invoice. Please. Thank you Resolution Sought Get monthly invoice sent to me
