I was working with this Mortgage Company and decided not to use their services. Canceled my contract but they still had a home inspector come out and I didn't know she was working for this company so they're still charging me the $585 and didn't even use their company. Resolution Sought I'd like a refund and the 585.00. And I'd like to file a complaint because they shouldn't do this to people.

I have attached all the document that supports her $585 appraisal charge. She has even reached out to our appraisal director and this matter was addressed with her.
