I bought a new Cadillac Lyric 2024 in July 2023 the car has had electrical problems from day one. The car has been in and out of their shop for grand total of 75 days since the car was delivered. The service manager has requested a buy back from Cadillac about two months ago. The communication has been almost none. The service manager basically never responded to my many requests for updates on the buy back. Resolution Sought I want all of my money refunded on that car plus out of pocket expenses pertaining to that vehicle.
