I purchased a new 2023 Honda accord and was suppose to receive weather mats and window tinting and wheel lock. I never received the weather mats, the tint was peeled and scratched and the wheel lock package was open and missing items. My salesperson Kevin was aware on the date of purchase and told me to return to receive the items but when I called he was on vacation for a month according to him and I spoke with the managers of the internet sales department and never received a resolution and it has been 3 months. I took the car in for the tint to be replaced but the tint was not done and the service manager stated he was in a meeting so he was mot able to check to see if the windows were done properly and my car was at the dealership for 10 hours. Resolution Sought Complete the service or I want to start arbitration immediately

Company states; After speaking with Ms. Gaines afterwards we were made aware that she had come back in for servicing and received the work she initially wanted that was described in her complaint description. She mentioned her window being tinted to her liking and everything was settled on good terms for both parties. Our General Manager let her know if there were any other instances or concerns from Ms. Gaines to contact him directly, so he can resolve any issues. Thank you for notifying us of this instance. I was contacted by the General Manager Tommy from the dealership when he received the complaint. That is when we made arrangements for me to come in and get those issues in the complaint resolved. That appointment was made and I received the wheel lock, the all weather mats and the windows were tinted. I did express that the back window tint still has some issues. The General Manager did state that I could bring the vehicle back to have that issue addressed. At this date and time, the back window still needs to be re tinted.
