I called for someone to come and fix my central heat. It has not been working since 2/12/21 I woke up on 2/13/21 and It was 54° inside my apartment. I called the emergency number and the owner Rick answered, was very rude and disrespectful. Was not willing to let me speak without constantly being interrupted. Before hanging up the phone he called me a "B***h" for no apparent reason. "Degraded me" I called him back and asked him is that how he normally treats his tenants and he responded that he did not like the way I was speaking to him . I was very professional just trying to get some understanding on When someone would be able to come out and fix the unit. I have a small child here with nowhere else to go. I've only been here 4 days. The whole situation has made me VERY uncomfortable.
