New service advisors at this store. Honest service advisors !!!!

My girlfriend's car was taken into this Firestone to have power steering fluid added. Service advisor Jacob, gave her an estimate of $3,056.27. this car was taken to another auto repair shop all these items on his estimate were checked out by two other mechanics none of these repairs needed to be made. And this Firestone did not add any power steering fluid after saying they did. They also gave her a printout of parts needed and amounts four parts that do not exist on this car. I have spoken with a James Boyette supervisor over 12 stores about this issue.wanted me to take the car back to them again and talk with the same service advisor. Advised him I would not do that due to the FACT that this man is trying to charge for work and parts that do not need to be done. Statements on his estimate power steering whining checked and topped off. He did not put fluid in it fluid was put in it the next day personally. Wanted to replace the power steering pump wanted to replace front end parts that did not even exist on the car wanted to put other parts on the car that had been already replaced within the last 2 to 3 months. Also wanted to do service work that had been done on the car very very recently.the same person told my girlfriend's co-worker that she needed a new engine put in her car when in fact all it needed was a belt and a belt tensioner which she had done at another garage. In my opinion this man " JACOB " is trying to take advantage of people that do not know any better.
