Firestone Complete Auto Care complaints

I dropped my card off at Firestone to have it repaired to only get it back having more issues then it had before dropping it off and also horrible customer service . My car is now making a loud popping noise that dose not sound safe the car was not making this noise before! When I asked the technician manager at least that's who he stated he was Adonai Garcia at the store they was not able to explain to me what the issue was but they recommended that I pay additional money to have additional work done to the car. You can not explain what the issues is??? When I called to the store to check on my car they told me they did not know where my car was and was not sure when it was dropped off!!! I had serviced preformed on my car 2 weeks prior i ended up returning the car again on last Saturday because the car was driving off to the side and it was not Doing that before i was told by the store manager that the part that was put on the car was damaged !!! So the owner of the shop said that he did not know why someone that worked there would put that damaged part on the car not to mention I had to rent a rental car during then duration of the repairs so not only am I out money for a 2 week rental my car is also still not repaired ! The technician that were in the store at the time told Adonai Garcia that the car did not have those issue before and also asked him when he said it was one issue was he sure that that was the problem as if he was incorrect Resolution Sought I would like for them to fix the issue with my car listen to there customers and take there time when working on someone's car I also would like a refund on what I have paid this far because they put a damaged part on my car that is now causing more issues they also was very rude and tried to over talk me the entire time
