I am writing because of an incident that occurred on Friday December 2, 2022 the resident at 49 laurel leaf drive hired the company named above to cut down a tree well they were cutting down the tree a piece landed on the roof of my shed. Causing a part of the roof to break leaving a large hole exposing my person items that can not get wet. When I saw this hole I went to work to the man in charge on the job names Brian Schmitz and came right over and said they would take care of this and acknowledge they had made the hole. He told me he would return the following morning before the rain to tarp it to prevent any more damage. He didn't return my husband called him and texted and asked for his Insurance information to address this matter no respond was given. He still has had no contact with us in regards to replacing our shed as replacement pieces are not an option for the one we have. Resolution Sought I am asking for my shed to be replaced to the condition it was in before the tree fell on it. This shed is a newer shed and had no damage on it at all. I would also like the shed to be assembled by the party who broke it and or have some one hired to put it together as it does take many labor hours to assemble. Looking to have this matter taking care of before the winter and the whole roof caves in and I lose more valuable items still in the shed due to this damage.
