So this company I bought a car out of dealership without no Mitsubishi Finance Company the bank was Firm Auto. I got the car I made an agreement with the dealership that I was going to do two payments a month first time they ate they repoed my car back there like 6 months ago was cuz they said I would I would only pay half but the agreement was that I had a contract that said that. Now maybe two months ago they sent me a letter saying that for my auto remodel wasn't taking care of my portfolio anymore and it was getting switched over to a company called Westlake I went to the dealership to try to find out how do I make my payment the dealership gave me the same paper I called Westlake they had no file of my portfolio they had nothing on my car I couldn't do a payment I called Auto for him but you never get ahold of them in the phone number that they give you at the gives our customers you call and that operator gives you another number to call which is Westlake portfolio you call them they had nothing on my file are they texting with two way that I do give me a call or send me an email two months have passed by and they repoed my car now they want me to pay the whole 1400 the guy gave me an attitude one of the guys try to help me by giving me a phone number to talk to me the guy answered the phone and question me on how I got my number as if I was bothering you I explained my case to him that it was their mistake they said it was their mess up but he still wants me to pay Resolution Sought I would like the business to release my car from the tow yard and for me to waive the tow yard fees this was not my fault this was their mistake..unberto contreras laughed at me and told me to give the money please help this is unfair
