Company Response

7/22/2021

The complainant entered into a title pawn transaction, which is regulated under the Georgia's Pawnbroker's Act. It is a 30-day transaction. I, on behalf of First American Title Lending of Georgia, LLC, have attempted repeatedly to contact the complainant to discuss and address her concerns. On Wednesday, July 21, 2021, I sent a letter addressed to the complainant and her husband, which I sent via 2nd Day Federal Express Delivery with direct signature required. I sent an email to the complainant on that same date via email to notify her that I would be sending a letter to her at the address she provided to the Better Business Bureau when she filed her complaint. The complainant did respond to this message, which was the first direct response I received from her. We have provided further details in a prior complaint she filed with the Better Business Bureau, and the complainant was not satisfied with the Company's response. To facilitate a resolution of these issues, I am willing to discuss with the complainant and hear her concerns directly. Sincerely, Corporate Counsel
