My car was repossessed and I have a redemption notice. It says I am required to show proof of residency insurance declaration page and last two paystub's. And gives me a total amount to But the supervisor is threatening to not allow me to redeem my vehicle. He is also asking for old tax returns that are not shown to be required in the redemption process. The supervisor is going beyond what is required of me to redeem the vehicle. He is also being very loud and practically yelling at me. Resolution Sought Allow me to pay my past due balance and repossession fees, so I can get my car back.
