Notice of Violation of Rights under FDCPA - Dear FIRST CAPITAL GROUP, I am unaware of this debt. I did not have an opportunity to dispute this information. Per my records, your agency has violated my federal rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), specifically Section 809(a) (15 U.S.C. § 1692g(a)). According to the FDCPA, debt collectors are required to provide a validation notice to the consumer within five days of the initial communication regarding the collection of any debt. If in fact you believe you gave me proper notification, then please send me the certified receipt with my name on it. Otherwise, I request that this account be immediately removed from my credit profile. Resolution Sought I am requesting that this Tradeline be immediately removed from my credit profile due to the violation of my rights.

We have reviewed the complaint submitted to our company on 06/17/2024. Our company is well versed in the FDCPA and other state and local collection regulations. We absolutely obey and adhere to all collection laws governed by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Fair Trade Commission and the Attorney General. After reviewing the dispute submitted to our office and further investigation, we have closed the above-referenced account. A request to the credit bureaus has been submitted to remove our TRADELINE from your credit report. This request will release you from all claims and liabilities pertaining to the referenced account.
