Hired first choice contracting to replace shingle roof with metal roof. Terrible installation job was done by owners uncle, nephew, and brother. Owner came to see the job immediately said he was sorry, and that he would completely tear off and replace the roof again, but properly this time. I have many pictures the roof is still on the house and a mess it's been since October 21 we have holes cut in the roof, and zero vents were put back in. Had contract with him still have paperwork, and I still have all text messages from the company saying they will do a complete replacement, because of the embarrassing job that is on my house now. Resolution Sought I want what the company said they would do. Which is complete tear off and redo of my roof no charge to me. Again I have text messages confirming.
