Hired First Choice Waterproofing, 2 Cambridge Dr. Matawan NJ 07747 to waterproof our water seepage in our home. Paid $10,000. After a few weeks and pouring rain, water problem at the portion/ begging of driveway. Called and Steven Billing came who introduced himself as the owner came, saw it but told us call him after next pouring rain. Emailed and called several times and no response. Resolution Sought Complete and solved of their waterproofing work.

Company states; In going over her complaint we have been to her house to address her issues. After a full examination of her premises the area in question is not where we performed the original work. We did explain that the area that she is complaining about is not part of her original contract and this would be an additional project. We did work in her crawl space which is dry. Her area of complaint is in the garage.
