I brought my Jeep in for the 40,000 Miles Life time service package that comes to $29.00 including Tax. They noticed that my rear brakes needed to be replaced and quoted me a price of $531.00 plus tax. I agreed to that amount only and the $29.00 package deal. I went to pick up my Jeep and they change me $55.00 extra and would not let me have my Jeep unless I paid that amount. The service department left for the day . I spoke with the General Manager and he said to me Your worried about that amount of money when people are dying in this world. Very unprofessional . I wish to be refunded for the over change and warn other consumers of their Business practices. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded for the Amount I was over changed. I would also like to warn other customers of their business practices that is Quote a price then change more and not allow me to get my Jeep until I paid the amount that was not agreed to.
