On May 22 a finalized the purchase of a 2010 W/84,000.00 miles quoted and signed on titled of car .Red Ford Fusion. on May 23 the vehicle was skipping a jolting into gear- I returned the vehicle With understanding the dealer was going to take care of problem, vehicle was returned to me May 25 with a receipt saying vehicle was put on, machine, at 3:30 pm My mother was driving car on hwy and encountered the same problem along with the undercarriage was falling off car and under front wheels along with the back bumper was falling off and dragging. My mother had to pull off hwy and stopped at a gas station where a mechanic helped her by zip tying these hanging parts. Called the Dealership and was confronted with resistance. Took vehicle to Northside Collision and also Aamco for Inspection, at both inspection We were told the transmission is bad. Aamco pointed out that the PCM on this vehicle states this vehicle has 183617 miles on it is NOT 84,000.00 MILES, I NEED HELP THE DEALERSHIP is trying to argue that that is not possible. The Chief Mechanic with 23 years at Aamco says he stands by his finding and someone has committed Fraud. I have been professional and nice these people at First Class Auto has come off rude and violent and will not try and resolve this, we really need help. Resolution Sought Refund my money and my auto I traded 2009 Ford Fusions

We had Jordan come in on May 21st 2021 to purchase a vehicle from us. which he had previously test driven and put a deposit on. ( he said that he really liked the car) Shortly after purchasing the vehicle he called me and said it was having issues, So we test drove it around the block and nothing so I told him drive it and if it continues to come back in and we will have it looked at. Jordan then called back saying it was having issues this was on a friday so then on monday he came back we took it to a professional mechanic he checked the vehicle said it had no issues but that he had flashed the system. So we then gave the car back to Jordan no charge. This is where there story and ours is going to be completely different. Jordan called me up on my cell phone which is hard for me to hear so I put it on speaker i had workers all around at least 2 or 3 hear him threated the he was going to "come up here and mess me up with a bat if he had too" and also said more colorful words then I would like to say but most of them were calling me the N word over and over. After this of course as a business we told him we would no longer deal with him or help him. mind you he bought this car as is no warranty its not our obligation to do anything but we always try to take care of our customers to make them happy.... there was no making Jordan happy. so a couple days later he comes back to the shop with his mother ( a very nice lady) and was asking what we could do no apology of any sorts for the horrible things said. then I told him lets go drive in your car and see what your talking about as we walked to the vehicle I said very calmly to Jordan " I do not appreciate the things you said and threatened on the phone I barely finished my sentence and then it was like a record played over again he snapped calling me an N word I dont know how many times getting into a fighting stance explaining to me how he was going to knock me out mind you I am a 65 year old man but luckly my son was at the shop who didnt entice him but made it clear to him that he would protect me if he had too. more threats more swearing more calling me that horrible word.. so the only violence that was in this story came from Jordan we did try to help we tried to figure out the problem but it was like he did not want us to test drive it again with him i believe he had buyers remorse once purchasing the vehicle but sadly to say I cannot refund on those grounds. Last but not least Jordans mother had gotten my sons phone number and called him asking what to be done because she had information saying that the vehicle had 180k not 80k on it. and this was just simply not true first i have a receipt from the auction I bought it from that will verify the miles but I went above and beyond anyway and got a carfax. This carfax shows every single time the car had work done on it at a dealership or mechanic shop the miles were stated and shows the cars mileage life starting at 5000 going up slowly all the way to having under 80k in 2020.... so that again was not true. The entire story that i read in there complaint from start to finish has flaws and things that were not true I am 65 years old I have run my business for over 20 years and if I did the things that they said I did I would not be in business today. Thank you for your time and sorry this is so long but I really wanted to make sure I put every detail in.
