I ordered a used engine from this business July 21st 2023 they stated it has a 5 year warranty I had the engine installed August 5th 2023 then the engine started being defective not functioning as it should so I called the business to start the warranty process submitted documents and now it's been over a week sense I was able to be in contact with the company they'd blocked my number and refuse to respond to any emails Resolution Sought Get the company to honor the warranty or provide me a refund

I bought an engine from these thief's. They told me that ALL engines sold were run tested, and compression tested. They also told me that there was forty three thousand miles on it. Also a five year warranty, if I replaced certain gaskets. When the engine was delivered, I found that the oil plug was stripped and gone. l tried to turn the engine over by hand,and found that it would only turn half a revolution and lock up. No surprise they suddenly weren't answering my calls! I contacted the yard that sent me the engine. They told me that there is no testing program,and they don't run or test there engines before shipping. Because they sold it to first class engines,they considered me third-party purchase and bore no responsibility. I payed 400.00 to ship here. now they want to cancel me. And charge 800.00 to ship it back. Plus 20 percent stock fee and won't give my money unless they decide to later. In the meantime, I'm supposed to come out of pocket another 800.00 to ship their junk engine back to them. I spent good money for a good engine. That's not what I got. Now they don't want to honor the deal. Resolution Sought I would have been happy to get a good engine from them. I would have worked with them. Now I want them to refund my money, and send me a shipping tag to ship their junk back if they want it.
