Customer Complaint

They did not place a drip edge on my roof when they did it. I held up there check until they fixed it. They cut the back of drip rail off that's supposed to be nailed to top of roof, and nailed it on through the front. Three years ago they did my roof. Had to call another contractor to look at it because they would never return my calls. Now we have damage plywood and soft spots on roof that need to be fixed. Resolution Sought I would like my roof fixed as it is supposed to be a new roof that we payed 17000 for only three years ago. If I didn't hire another contractor I wouldn't even know how messed up it was.

12.7.23. REVISED - 1st class contracting came out and fixed my roof for me , job is completed. Wasnt sure how to remove it or update it . Thank you very much for your help. **************************************** They have been here working to fix the roof. They have done a professional job fixing it so far. I belive they have one day left to finish but the weather has been a little issue.
