Accepted an offer over the phone- to try a Clover Interact machine- at cheaper processing fees - company represented itself as being recommended by the Orillia Chamber of Commerce/ we did not find the machine suitable for our company - returned it as soon as we received the mailing label - without use have been trying to cancel the lease contract ( which we received June 29/21 in writing) - told we would have to pay $500.00 to cancel the phone call representative did not explain the conditions or limitations we never used the device or service at all. Resolution Sought Cancel the contract for the lease and not charge the cancellation fee of $500.00.
