I been living at my address for 8 and for 8 months my light has run $400. A month and I am on a fixed income and just can't afford this high of a bill I ask them if I could get on legalized billing and they said no I asked them if they could out and check the meter and they said that they couldn't do they don't do that. Resolution Sought That they would just come out and check the meter and see if that's what's making my bill so high. And that they can help/ e customers and not be so rude.
