Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company reported to all three credit reporting agencies. They have never contacted me by any means. These derogatory reports have been on my credit record since August 2021. learned all this from my credit monitoring service. I called the company and asked why I had not been notified that these bills were going into collections. When I asked why they didn't call me, I was told that they "don't call Nevada". He asked me for money, but I refused thinking it might be some kind of a scam. He then hung up on me. I'm frightened as he had my Social Security number. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. Resolution Sought I would like these reports removed from my credit reports.
