Poor business practices.

This company has made several reports to consumer reporting agencies,damaging my credit. They have made NO attempt to contact me,even through they have had my accounts since August,2021. I called them to ask why there has been no contact. I was told that "they don't call Nevada". This company does a very poor job of following the laws/rules set out for collection agencies. I have filed complaints with the Business Consumer Alliance as well as the BBB. When I called them I thought the whole thing was a scam. I have since found out they are, indeed a real, if poorly run, business.
