The Company was contacted 6/9/21 to put up a fence. An estimate was done and date for the job discussed to be done by 7/4/21 , however the Company stated it cannot be done. I placed a $1000.00 down payment to have the job get started but it was put off 3 times past 7/4/21. Then I tried calling the Company and was given the run around. Also my MasterCard has a $1000.00 charge on it and I did call the Card and they stated that the charge was from FirstFence Company. How is it this Company is still on business when they don't do the work they should have? Resolution Sought Give me a refund and for the Company to be flagged as a FRAUD and pay a fine.

In response to a letter we received dated August 10, 2021 for a incomplete project. At the time our salesman provide an estimate an installation date is Never provided due to the following reasons: We must secure 50% deposit from customer (which we did). We must order and have hand all necessary materials to complete the work within specified time frame. Weather permitting us to install. We contacted customer to schedule the install date, he was placed on our schedule the week of 6/29/21 however, we received quite a bit of rain, therefore we were unable to install. We contacted him again to schedule him for 7/6/21 however, he refused the date since it was an afternoon appointment and requested a morning time slot. We then contacted him with a 7/15/21 with a morning time frame and he refused that date/time as well. We have attached documentation to indicate work was discuss and agreed upon by customer Mr. Youngs and providing us credit card information and permission to charge the card for requested work. Included are the following documents: Letter from Alliance regarding dispute, proposal supplied to Keith Youngs on 6/9/2021, email correspondence with employees pertaining to scheduled work, and copy of proposed install scheduled dates and notes. All materials for the project were ordered and we attempted to contact the customer in question numerous times to rescheduled his project. Our company has been in business for over 30 years and have never committed any kind of Fraud to a customer and have supplied refunds when necessary.
