Owner/operator has given me incorrect items I submitted to him for pressing/grading for authentication on one account. Another transaction with owner/operator I received another item that was more damaged than what I had originally submitted to him prior for signature verification/authentication. Owner /operator continues to not respond to my calls/emails. In addition owner operator continues to charge additional hidden fees to customers. Resolution Sought A refund on additional surcharges. Full return of books /items that were submitted by customer for grading/authentication.
