Apply for a mortgage loan on April 12, 2022 got preapproved for $170,000 to find a house at I found the house turned in all my documents pay $1000 earnest money on the house got two inspections for the house Pay for the appraisal on the house in May 2022 I got a closing date for the house two days before closing date I get a phone call from my lender telling me that I'm not approved for the house because of bankruptcy The question on the loan application is have you filed bankruptcy in the last two years my bankruptcy is over 10 years old I don't understand why I did not get approved for the mortgage loan I feel like I'll been Discriminate against and the lender had personal opinions against me. Resolution Sought I would like for them to reconsider the mortgage loan closing date or refund me my money back
