This is my third complaint regarding practices and fees from First Premier. Closed account in Feb 2025 due to excessive fees and undisclosed charges. Requested reopened in May 2025, account reopened, limit raised to $500, assessed annual fee, $45, assessed $25 for limit increase. I was charged 17 $8.00 fee on $25 transaction to an online casino. Not charged previously for these types. Told it is in disclosure. Fees assessed monthly interest, misc $6.25 and other fees.I believe these fees are grossly inflated and excessive. I was charged $25 to increase limit and then charged fees that added up to the increase. Very deceptive and never resolves issues. Resolution Sought I request refund of at least 10 @ $8.00 and $45 annual fee. I also request this account closed asap.

Last couple months I have been making my payment on time this company will say I didn't make my payment and charge me outrageous interest fees I'm not currently using the card I am making my payment on time thier ripping people off Resolution Sought I would like them to stop taking advantage of innocent people! I've had a horrible experience with this company thier suppose to help have been stealing from me!!
