First Premier Bank complaints

I need you guys help because they trying to charge me a $1000 off of my credit card. They allowed someone to take monies off my credit card without my knowledge. Nor my approval and now they want me to pay for it. I'll because I had lost my car. I never told them that the charges that's on my car from Amazon was not mine. Only thing I did was let them know that I had lost my car. They went and said that I said that the charges on my car from amazon was not mine.I did not say that only thing I said that these the depths collect the people that I don't know anything about took monies off of my credit card.Since april, they have been taking money off my car.They tried this with capital one, and also they tried this with credit one bank.It did not work.And they also done it with my cash and card and now I don't have a cashman card.Anymore, they would not let me get another cash.Because my card was hacked and the policy is that you will not try to do a reverse charge and the hackers try to do a two hundred dollar reverse on that cash at r.And I never done anything like that.I just know.I need you're a help with this.I'm trying to fight this situation by myself.But I cannot do it because they already help me liable for this.And I don't know anything about this.I never agreed to or this.Agency to take money off of my car.They allowed them to take money out of my car.And i'm paying them for credit protection and I don't feel protected, so I need y'all help real bad, because I cannot Resolution Sought To take that money off of my car, because that's not my doing that is they doing, and y'all allowed them to valet. I have a son who has a disability that has limited my income this year. I change my account number due to fraud with Cypress credit union and when I I made a payment, they removed me from their workout program. They also removed another account of mine, where there was not any issues with payments on that account. I would at least like the account that I was never late paying to be put back in the workout program. I also have a letter from my bank, saying why my account number was changed due to suspicious of fraud. and I have been going back-and-forth with him all day explaining my situation they're unwilling to work with me all I'm trying to do is pay off the debt . Resolution Sought Advocate on my behalf of being put back into the workout program my payment was never declined due to insufficient funds. It was declined to them not being able to locate the account.
