First PREMIER Bank is dishonest.

First PREMIER Bank is dishonest. They will charge your credit card with purchases that the consumer never made.

Excellent Service

I have had one of their Secured Cards for about Six Months now. I have had nothing but excellent service from them and highly recommend them. Especially, for anyone new to credit, who needs to establish another trade line. Unfortunately, their fees are a bit steep. But they are completely transparent of the fees and do not attempt any underhanded moves. Due to the steep cost of the cards, when starting or restarting credit. I would search for another card to open at the same time, as this one. This way, you can keep one account open that in the future, has some age to it.
