They took nearly two months to send my card only to place a hold after 12 hours and two transactions. Literally no one cares to help with a resolution the customer service is ridiculous and the business practices are even worse. They take no qualms with taking your money. Resolution Sought I want my money back at this point. I wanted to build my credit but not with them. I truly hate this company and they're making more money just by taking peoples money and charging ridiculous fees constantly.

On August 10, 2022, we issued a credit balance refund check for $300 to the address on file, the same address found within the complaint. The complainant should allow 7-10 mailing days to receive the check via USPS.
