I dansby shepherd have bank at this bank for years on my house.my wife passed away 3 years ago I got a 10,000 loan for some mowers an they come up stolen this note was sepret from house not I stop pyt on mower note an still payed on my house note never been late on that pyt ment and Kim refused my pyt sent it back to me an told me I defolted on one note that makes the other not I defolted on an she came got all the cultural for that 10,000 note told me it wasn't good enough an add on my house note I only owed 16,000 on my house note an now she says I owe 30,000 how is this true if she sent my house pyt back an got my cultural for the other note an now is kicking me off my property the house caught fire a yr ago an she got the insurance claim on that as well but still telling me to move can she does this am not the only on she done this to plus my wife been died an she say she has both of are signed this agreement how is that is this legal for her to do when she the one made me defolted on my house note by refused it when I was never late an now she made my credit bad were I can't get any help what can I do thank you am 73 yrs old I can't believe this can happen but that's what she's doing Resolution Sought If she wrong stop her an pay back what she done her name is Kim king

Dear Sir or Madam: I recently received your letter dated 7/9/24, sent 7/11/24. The bank responded to your request in a timely manner, and informed one of your employees that due to federal and state law, no information could be released without Mr. Shepard's written authorization. We never received that authorization. If you can get Mr. Shepard to fulfill that requirement, we are happy to respond to the complaint. We do not accept digital signatures, so he would need to deliver something with a non-digital signature, with a simple statement that he authorizes the release of information on this matter to you. This may be delivered via mail, or in person. Thus, respectfully, the bank disagrees that no response was proffered. Mr. Shepard did not follow up, and we cannot violate federal and state law by releasing private information to you. Thank you for including this in your file.
