I have written to money network on 3 different occasions and told them I had money removed from my account while I was sleep at night. Money network has refused to reimburse my money that I have lost. Three of Money Network Mobile App has repeatedly told me that the transactions have originated in another state while I cannot prove this, because I do not have privy access to that information. Knowing that money network can see this information and steal deny the claim is outrageous. Resolution Sought I would like my money return for one and honestly I have looked and read the reviews of money network. This is something that happens a lot to the public consumer and I believe something should be done with this company as a whole

I provided adequate proof from the hotel. This was not the first time a transaction was being held without cause. The hotel verified they cancelled the charge. It does not resolve my concerns as it could happen again at any time.

Mr. Grant, Authorization holds can take up to 30 days to drop off from the card if the sale is not processed. In the case of the hotel, what was provided was the hotel receipt. What was needed was a request to remove the hold written on company letterhead of the hotel and and signed by someone at the hotel. As that was not received the hold remained till the timeframe passed and it dropped off the card. Thank You, Fiserv
