The worst experience I ever had I had to file an FMLA due to my mother's terminal illness. My first payment of $2040 was misplaced. I've been fighting with them since July 20 24 going back-and-forth between them and the EDD they're incompetent. Don't know what they're doing And are no help at all. As of 1/17/2025 still no response I have reached out to Governor Newsom's office. They reached out to EDD in regards to my issue. Resolution Sought I would like to see that the Fmla cases are handled a little more better than what they are. I would like to receive my back payment of $2040.
