I purchased a complete tank set totaling $534.92 that includes a pump, heater, pipes, bulkheads,sump, Supposedly the whole setup. They Added an additional fee that wasn't mentioned upfront & they brought used products . I've been lied to since November every other week. And they finally came yesterday Jan 4th Nothing was completed & the parts I brought was all used & old products. They're the worst company ever. Resolution Sought Treat me as a respected paying customer and come set my tank up professionally, with the new products that I spent my hard earned money on to purchase from them & correctly.
